The Goddess Diana (Greek Artemis) was highly
worshipped in ancient Rome as the maiden huntress, protector of all that is wild
and free.
She is shown in this Diana figurine with her bow and peace laurel.
As centuries passed, Diana added the attributes of
mistress of magic and teacher of spells and healing.

statue figurine was sculpted and touched-up in a larger size, then miniaturized.
These flat-back figurines are individually cast by hand, each one antiqued
and polished to highlight its details. The ivory substitute is a proprietary
casting material that is warm to the touch and very durable.
